The Challenge
Understanding the requirements.
Standard prefabricated units often feel cramped due to low ceiling heights. The client demanded the 'grandeur' of a traditional bungalow with the speed of modular construction.
The SPL Solution
Precision engineering in action.
We broke the mold by fabricating a non-standard 12-foot high structure. We applied premium wood-grain WPC cladding to the exterior to hide all steel joints, and added a grand entrance portico. The result is indistinguishable from a luxury concrete villa.
