The Challenge
Understanding the requirements.
Building permanent structures in the protected Sam Desert is restricted and logistically difficult. The client needed a 'Glamping' solution that could withstand extreme daytime heat (45°C+) and sandstorms while offering 5-star comfort.
The SPL Solution
Precision engineering in action.
We engineered thermally insulated container suites with triple-coat heat-reflective paint. Each unit features a custom-fabricated steel verandah for sunset viewing. The modular nature allows the entire resort to be relocated if environmental regulations change.
