The client wanted a modern farmhouse that maximized the view of their plantation without consuming too much ground space. Security and resistance to heavy monsoon rains were also key concerns.
The SPL Solution

We utilized a vertical modular approach, stacking two reinforced units to create a double-storey residence. The design includes a seamless internal staircase, a cantilevered balcony on the upper floor, and treated exterior surfaces to withstand high humidity and rain.
